导航系统在关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者中的应用及护理配合 被引量:1

摘要 前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)损伤是一种常见的运动损伤,关节镜下重建手术已经成为治疗标准。绝大多数医生都认为股骨和胫骨隧道的精确定位是前交叉韧带重建手术成败的关键。隧道的位置不准确会导致屈伸膝活动度减少或韧带松弛、失效,胫骨前向不稳定增加,导致膝关节不稳定。胫骨和股骨隧道的位置准确,可以保证在屈伸膝时移植物的长度变化最小,
