摘要
通过应用自适应光学传感原理和螺线管聚磁光路结构解决了测量温漂问题和不能长期稳定运行问题,且稳态测量精度达到0.2级,非周期分量电流的最大峰值瞬时值误差小于±1%的自适应光学电流互感器,利用基于MSP430单片机和以太网控制器CS8900A的新型电路接口方案,设计了电子式互感器与保护、测控设备接口的重要组成部分——合并单元,实现了遵循IEC61850的互感器与保护设备的数字通信,完成了数字化变电站系统中从过程层到间隔层的接口。
The adaptive optical transducing principle and the solenoid collecting magnetic field optical path are used to solve the problems of OCT(Optical Current Transducer) temperature excursion and its long term stability. Its steady measuring accuracy reaches class 0.2 and its maximum instantaneous peak error of non- periodic current component is better than +1%. The design of the merging unit,which is the important part for interfacing between OCT and equipment of measuring,control and protection,applies a new scheme based on singlechip MSP430 and Ethernet controller CS8900A. It observes IEC61850 on the communication between transducer and protection for interfacing between process level and bay level of digital substation.
