摘要
采用灰色系统理论中的非等间隔灰色预测建模方法对在275、300℃下进行非等间隔时效处理下Mg-9Gd-4Y-0.6Zr合金硬度试验数据进行了数值拟合和预测,结果表明,灰色预测结果与原始数据结果比较吻合;非等间隔灰色预测建模方法应用于非等间隔时效处理下Mg-9Gd-4Y-0.6Zr合金硬度试验数据处理中是可行的,有较高的预测精度,满足good级。
Numerical fitting and prediction of the hardness of Mg-9Gd-4Y-0.6Zr alloy during over-ageing at 275℃ and 300 ℃ are carried out using an unequal interval grey prediction model of the grey system theory. The results show that the predicted data are approximately concordant with the determined data. It is feasible to apply the model of GM ( 1,1 ) to the processing of the hardness data of Mg-9Gd-4Y-0.6Zr alloy in unequal interval ageing, which has a better prediction accuracy.
