摘要
应用紫外分光光度法对十一个品种、不同产地的25个前胡样品进行了总香豆素含量测定,最大吸收波长在322±1nm处,平均回收率99.18％,变异系数2.08％。
The total content of coumarin in Qian-Hu was determined by UV spectrometry. The 25 samples which derived from different places of production were included eleven varieties. The results were found to have max = 322nm, 99. 18% of recovery rate and 2. 08% of RSD.
