摘要
目的:研究桑科榕属植物五指毛桃(Ficus hirta)的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析和SephadexLH-20柱层析及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:得到12个化合物,除文献上已报道过的补骨脂素(psoralen,1)、3β-羟基豆甾-5-烯-7-酮(3β-hydroxyl-stigmast-5-en-7-one,2)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,3)、十六酸(hexadecanoic acid,5)、十八酸(octadecanoic acid,6)、芹菜素(4′,5,7-trihydroxy-fla-vone,7)、α-香树素乙酸酯(α-amyrin acetate,11)外,首次从该植物中分得的有β-胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,4)、木犀草素(luteolin,8)、牡荆苷(vitecin,9)、大黄素甲醚(physcion,10)、11-氧基-α-香树脂醇乙酸酯(11-oxo-α-amyrinacetate,12)。结论:化合物9、10、12为首次从该属植物中分离得到,4、8、9、10、12为首次从该植物中分离得到。
chemical raphy as Objective:To study the che constituents were isolated and well as recrystallization. Their mical constituents from the roots of Ficus hirta. Methods : The purified via silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatogstructures were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods. Results: 12 compounds were identified, psoralen ( 1 ), 3β-hydroxyl-stigmast-5-en-7-one (2), β-sitosterol (3), hexadecanoic acid ( 5 ), octadecanoic acid ( 6 ), 4′, 5, 7-trihydroxy-flavone ( 7 ) and α-amyrin acetate (11) have been isolated from this plant, and compounds daucosterol (4), luteolin (8), vitecin ( 9), physcion (10) and 11 -oxo-α-amyrin acetate (12) have been isolated from this plant for the first time. Conclusion: The compounds 9,10 and 12 were obtained from this genus for the first time, and compounds 4,8,9,10 and 12 have been isolated from this plant for the first time.
