摘要
目的探讨脑出血的院前急救与护理的重要性。方法回顾我院2004年3月-2007年3月收治的166例脑出血患者，经院前急救为观察组、未经院前急救为对照组进行回顾性分析。结果脑出血患者经院前急救的病死率，显著低于未经过院前急救（r=11．31，P〈0．005）。结论院前急救已成为急救医疗服务体系重要组成部分，它对抢救患者的生命降低病死率具有重要的意义。
Objective To discuss the importance of the Pre - hospital care and nursing of the patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Review and analyze the 166 cases of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who received medical treatment in our hospital during the period of March, 2004 to March, 2007 by dividing them into two groups： the observation group who received Pre - hospital care and the comparison group who received no Pre - hospital care. Results The death rate of the patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who received Pre - hospital care is remarkably lower than that of those who received no Pre - hospital care （χ^2 = 11.31, P 〈 0.005 ）. Conclusion The Pre - hospital care has become an important part of the emergency medical service system （EMMS） and is of great significance for salvaging the patients＇ lives and reducing the death rate.
