西伯利亚蝗和意大利蝗肠道结构比较 被引量:3

A comparative study Between Intestines Structure of Gomphocerus Sibiricus and Calliptamus Italicus

摘要 文章选取新疆巴里坤草原西伯利亚蝗和奇台地区意大利蝗的肠道,运用石蜡切片和显微成像技术对两种蝗虫的前、中、后肠进行观察和比较。结果表明,西伯利亚蝗的前、中、后肠较意大利蝗的均表现出进化性,前者消化道的肌肉层相对于后者较厚。在消化道结构上,西伯利亚蝗也显示出了其较强的消化功能和水分的吸收功能,因此西伯利亚蝗具有更强的适应性,其种群从低海拔到高海拔,从荒漠、山地荒漠草原到山地草原均有分布。 In this p from Balikun and Qitai aper,digestive tracts of Gomphocerus sibiricus and Calliptamus italicus which come area in Xinjiang are chosed, and the observation and comparison are made on the foregut,intestines and hindgut structure of two kinds of locustswith with the use of the technology of paraffin sections and microscopic imaging. The results show that the foregut, intestines and hindgut of Gomphocerus sibiricus have shown their evolution compared with Calliptamus italicus'. The muscle layer of the digestive tract of the former is thicker than the latter. In the digestive tract structure , Gomphocerus sibiricus has shown its strong function of digestion and moisture absorption. So Gomphocerus sibiricus has better adaptability, its population likewise distributing from low altitude to high altitude, from the desert, Mountain desert steppe to meadow steppe.
