高精度数据采集系统硬件设计与精度测量方案 被引量:4

摘要 A/D采样系统已成为现代控制系统当中十分重要的组成部分,它的精度决定着闭环控制的精度,需要人们花大力气去进行设计与研究。本文主要阐述了高精度A/D采样系统的硬件设计要点,涉及到器件的各种参数的选择以及布局制板等一系列相关问题,为高精度采样系统的硬件设计提供了理论依据。与此同时,还提出了一种不依赖高精度信号源的精度测量方案,这种测量方案采用已知精度的数据采集板PCI6229为基准,通过使用MATLAB数学工具做比对与分析来计算系统的设计精度,达到了相当满意的结果,有利于系统开发的硬件成本控制。 Data-Acquisition System has become an extremely important part of modern control system, its accuracy determines the precision of closed-loop control system, so a lot of efforts need to be put in the process of system designing and researching. This article mainly expatiates on the key point of hardware design of Data-Acquisition System, including the chip selection, package layout and board design etc. Meanwhile, a new method of accuracy measurement which needs no high-accuracy signal source is produced. This method takes Data-Acquisition card PCI6229 as a reference, uses Matlab to compare and analyze the acquired data, and achieves a satisfying result. It is helpful to cost control of hardware development.
