粗纱锭翼性能参数智能化测试系统

摘要 为了对粗纱锭翼性能参数进行测试,研制了一种新型粗纱锭翼性能参数测试系统。研发混合驱动差动式变径机构,在不同转速下,可模拟筒管卷绕直径的连续变化,测试粗纱卷绕过程中锭翼压掌对粗纱卷装的压力变化规律。该系统由机械传动、控制和信号处理3部分组成,可实现控制数据采集及处理的自动化。测试结果表明:该测试系统达到设计要求,设备运转平稳,操作方便,自动化程度及测量精度均较高,可为锭翼性能测试和设计提供依据。 In order to test interrelated parameters of flyer of fly frame, a new testing system was developed. A differential mechanism of hybrid driving which imitates the variation of cylinder's diameter was introduced for the first time so as to test the changing law of press palm strength of the flyer of fly frame at different rotating speeds when winding. It includes the mechanic transmission, control and signal processing system and can realize automation of control and data collecting and processing. The experimental results show that it meets the needs of technology and design, runs steadily, operates easily, and has accurate tests.
