摘要
论文从数字图书馆知识产权问题的特殊性出发,阐述了信息网络传播权的产生和特点,分析了数字图书馆行使信息网络传播权,解决相关知识产权问题的要点。
From the particularity of intellectual property of Digital Library, the paper has introduced how the information network propagates right to produce and disseminate information network and its featm＇es, and analyzed the elements during Digital Library＇s exercise of the right to solve the issues of related intellectual property right.
