摘要
研究了6-BA、NAA、PP333、CCC、GA3等5种植物生长调节剂对紫罗兰切花的保鲜效应。结果表明,NAA20mg/L、PP33315mg/L、GA31mg/L、GA350mg/L、GA3100mg/L5个处理对紫罗兰切花均具有一定的保鲜效果,其中GA350mg/L处理对紫罗兰切花的保鲜效果最好,不仅能较好地延长紫罗兰切花的瓶插寿命,而且还保持了较高的开花率和良好的观赏品质;6-BA1mg/L和CCC15mg/L不适用于紫罗兰切花的保鲜。
Effects of different plant growth regulators on the vase life and preserving property of cut violet were studied. The results showed that 20 mg/L NAA, 15 mg/L PP333,1 mg/L GA3,50 mg/L GA3,100 mg/L GA3 treatments were effective for preservation of cut violet. Among them, 50 mg/L GA3 treatment produced the best result for the preserving property of cut violet and could extend the vase life of cut violet highly significantly as compared to the control (distilled water) and improved their quality. 1 mg/L 6-BA and 15 mg/L CCC treatment were not suitable for vase-holding of cut violet.
