摘要
为了确定某出口地铁车辆的最佳设计方案,提出了一种基于一列多车的舒适度评价方法。空气弹簧装车特性和车辆间作用是两个重要的轨道车辆舒适度影响因素。在整车动力学模型虚拟环境下,测试空气弹簧装车特性并与试验台特性对比,两者具有比较一致的基本特征。根据钩缓装置的测试特性曲线,建立简化的非线性刚度车辆间连接。在此基础上,应用Wz和Nmv指标进行一列8辆车舒适性对比评价,数字滤波Wz与Nmv评价比较接近,模拟滤波Wz趋于乐观。
In order to determine the optimal design scheme of a exported tram vehicle, a comfort evaluation methodology based on multi-vehicle train-set was presented.The mounted- characteristics of airspring and vehicle interaction are two important factors in railway vehicle comfort evaluation.In the virtual environment of full vehicle model, the mounted- characteristics of airspring are measured and compared with the airspring testrig curve, both of which have similar basic features. According to the measured curve of hook's rubber cushion, the vehicle interactions are defined with the simplified non-linear stiffness curve.Therefore, the contrast comfort evaluations of multi-vehicle trainset are implemented with Wz and Nmv indexes, which show that the digit-filtered Wz is closed to Nmv and the analog-filtered Wz appears to be optimistic.
