摘要
阐述了利用现代机电一体化技术及计算机技术设计制作的数字化控制冷却装置在材料研究中的作用,以若干个与材料研究密切相关的环节为着眼点,讨论了装置用于监控冷却介质的转换温度、研究合金元素及热处理工艺参数对相变点的改变、测定介质冷却特性等的作用及可行性,为材料和材料性能设计提供了一个新的研究手段.对热处理工艺实现自动化具有积极的指导性作用.
The functions of the digital control cooling apparatus based on modern mechatronics and computer technique in related materials'studies are expounded in this paper. Due to the importance of several key links on materials'researches, the feasibility of the apparatus on monitoring the throw - over temperatures of different cool- ing agents, studying the effect of alloying dements and treating parameters on some critical points, as well as determining the characteristics of different cooling agents is discussed. The apparatus can serve as a new research device for the designing of a material and its properties. The instructive function of this apparatus on promoting the automation of technological processes is proved to be positive.
