摘要
】本文讨论机载电台二级自动测试设备（ＡＴＥ）方案，实例介绍一种ＡＴＥ系统设计，提出采用专家系统实现故障诊断。
This paper discusses the plan of second line ATE(Automatic Test Equipment)for air radio phone,introduces ATE system design by example,and put forwards an scheme that finish trouble checking by Expert System in second line service for air radio phone.
