摘要
我国高校本科教学评估在政策方面存在着评估组织不完善、评估指标体系体现不出分类指导、评估结果不关注价值判断等问题。高等教育评估者要全面审视相关评估政策规定,充分发挥各级评估主体的作用;要尽快修订和调整评估指标体系,建立多样化的评估标准;充分利用评估结果,使学校及主管部门在整改发展上下真功夫。
With our country's undergraduate teaching evaluation in higher education institutions, there are the following problems that evaluation organizations are not impeccable, evaluation intermediaries are not classified and evaluation results do not focus on value judgment and so on. We should scan the related policies all - around to amplify the functions of every evaluation corpuses; establish multifarious guide systems to state all kinds of standards; take advantage of the evaluation results to make colleges and their presidential departments take responsibility for the reform.
