摘要
分析抽油机井油管载荷的组成和计算方法,并用电阻应变式传感器测试井口处油管的弯曲载荷和拉伸载荷.结果表明,不同井口的油管均存在一定的弯曲载荷;油管拉伸载荷的波动性受泵径和冲次的影响较大,井口处载荷的循环特性一般大于0.6;油管载荷的计算与实测结果的相对误差在±5%以内.油管载荷计算方法能够较好反映载荷波动范围.
The load components of oil tube in pumping unit wells are described and formulized.The bending load and tensile load of oil tube at the top end is measured with sensors of strain gauge in real time.The test shows that a certain bending load exists on oil tube with different mandrel hanger,and the fluctuation of tensile load is affected much by the diameter of pump and the frequency of stroke,the cyclic load character at top end of tube string is larger than 0.6 in general.The comparison of computing result with the measurement shows that the formula for oil tube load can reflect the load level in good confidence.
