摘要
抽油机井油管柱、抽油杆柱和套管柱之间的相互作用使油管柱的载荷和变形复杂化.通过构建双层接触间隙元,建立有限元分析模型,将油管柱、套管柱和抽油杆柱之间作为一个耦合的整体进行有限元力学分析.在管、杆柱空间直梁的节点上设置双层的接触间隙元,模拟管、杆柱间的接触摩擦作用,提出接触判别条件及定解条件.通过计算和测试管、杆柱载荷,验证该方法在静力分析上的有效性,计算和测试结果的相对误差在±5.5%以内.
To study the oil tube load and deformation caused by the complex interaction among tube string,suck rod string and casing string in pumping unit well,the double-layer contact gap element is established,which can connect the three parts together and analyze by finite element method.In the finite element model the gap elements are arranged at the ends of girder element of the tube string to simulate the contact and friction among rod,tube and casing string.The judge condition of contact and the solving condition are decided.Finally,the method is applied on real tube string,and the comparison with the measuring result shows its validity.
