摘要
文章在对已有后评估方法分析的基础上,得出逻辑框架法优势;结合工程监理项目,研究了工程监理项目后评估流程,包括后评估的内容和范围、专家选择、指标体系建立、实施步骤及评估反馈等问题;用逻辑框架法对某监理项目实施后评估,并对后评估中发现的问题提出了相应的解决方法。
The advantages of the logical framework approach are obtained by analyzing and comparing some typical methods used in project post-evaluation. And a detailed study of framework method is also presented in this paper. In order to show how to use the post-evaluation, the content and range, expert choosing, setting up of index system, implementation steps are given in a real project. Finally one project is appraised by the logical frame approach, some beneficial experience and lessons learned are obtained and the result is satisfying.
