摘要
采用铸造工艺结合SHS技术制备出TiC/Ni3Al表面复合涂层材料,研究了涂层的物相、组织和界面形态。结果表明:Ti-C-3Ni-Al体系反应完全,产物为TiC和Ni3Al。表面复合涂层中直径为1~3μm的TiC颗粒呈球形镶嵌在Ni3Al基体上,且随着TiC含量的提高,颗粒尺寸略有长大、分布更均匀、涂层更致密;涂层与钢基体界面为良好的冶金结合,界面随TiC含量的变化而呈现出不同的形貌,在ω(TiC)〈45%时,涂层为一整体,从涂层到界面处Ni、Al、Ti、Fe元素呈梯度变化;在ω(TiC)≥45%时,涂层出现了分层现象。
A TiC/Ni3Al surface composite coating was fabricated on the steel substrate by casting route with self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS). The phases, microstructure and interface morphology of the coating are studied. The results show that the reaction of Ti-C-3Ni-Al system is fully completed with the products of TiC and Ni3Al 1~3μm of TiC particulates are mounted in Ni3Al. With the increase of TiC, TiC has slightly larger dimension and more uniform distribution to form a denser coating. The coating is formed with metallurgical bond between the coating and steel substrate. Interface morphology is varied with the TiC content of the coating. When content of TiC is less than 45wt%, the coating is integrated with graded distribution of Ni, Al, Ti, Fe from the coating to the interface. When content of TiC is equal to or more than 45wt%, the coatings are delaminated.
