摘要
熔点是测量晶体质量的重要指标之一。利用正交设计法设计了一些实验参数,较系统地研究了不同升温速率、试样量、炉体气氛流量对晶体熔点的影响。以尿素晶体为例,通过正交实验,提出了晶体熔点测定的最佳实验参数,并计算出实验数据标准误差,作为测量精密程度的衡量指标。对晶体焓值测定也进行了考察,为其它晶体进行DSC熔点测定提供理论和实践上的借鉴。
Based on orthogonal design,a number of experiments have been systematically performed to study the effect of different heating rates,sample weights and gas flow rates on the melting point of crystal.Take urea as an instance,the best parameters of DSC experiment are provided,and the analysis of DSC standard error is discussed.The standard error is proposed to evaluate the precision.These can be used as reference for the measurement of other crystals.
