摘要
为了使现行污径比更加科学合理,提出底标比、排标比和危害系数并用来对原污径比进行改进完善。以东辽河为例,对新污径比进行检验。结果表明,新污径比不仅能作为生态水质评价的指标,还能量化反映河流环境容量盈亏度。新污径比还可以更广泛地应用到水资源水质评价、水资源承载力计算和区域可持续发展等研究领域。
The present paper is to introduce its authors' improvement to the dilution-ratio calculation method and its way for successful application. Aiming to make the traditional dilution ratio more seientific and rational, the author had proposed to introduce into the traditional method the ratio of the admitting water contamination concentration to the concentration guide of the third-level water (RACG), the ratio of the contaminated sewage discharge concentration to the concentration guide of the third level water, as well as the harm coefficient. Then, a series of testing and measurements with the new dilution as a case study had been done to confirm the effectiveness of the new method along the East-Liao River, Liaoning. The results of the study indicates that the new dilution ratio can not only be used as an eco-environmental water evaluation index, but be also likely to be used to measure quantitatively whether the river's water resource supply capacity is functionally in surplus state or in deficit. In addition, the calculation results, which have been worked out in accordance with the new dilution ratio, proved to be consistent with those gained by Wang Xiqin(2006). The new dilution ratio gained can be used for water qual ity evaluation, calculating the local water resources sustainable capacity, the sustainable development of the region, and so on.
