摘要 目的研究太空舱全身热疗系统(ET-SPACETM-I)对恶性肿瘤的治疗效果。方法用ET-SPACETM-I对入选的68例患者进行94人次全身热化疗,比较了治疗前、后卡氏评分,疼痛缓解和病灶变化程度。结果68例94人次的全身热化疗后,卡氏评分提高53例(78%),疼痛缓解情况59例(87%),部分缓解25例(37%),稳定+好转34例(50%),病变进展9例(13%)。毒副反应最多见的是皮肤灼伤9/94(9.57%),最严重的是急性呼吸衰竭2/94(2.13%)。结论ET-SPACETM-I全身热疗系统在对恶性肿瘤患者的全身加热过程中,加热均匀平稳,温度监测灵敏,操作简单,控制系统精确、方便、安全、可靠,是肿瘤治疗领域里的一种新技术,值得推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of whole body hyperthermia (WBH) and chemotherapy in the treatment of 68 cases (94 mantimes) with advanced malignant tumors. Methods 68 patients(94 man-times) with various malignant tumors applied WBH and chemotherapy. We compared the pretreatment by indexes of karnofsky score, pain relief and tumor size change with the post treatment by them. Results The therapeutic effects of 68 patients(94 man-times) were as follows: karnofsky score, 53 (78%) cases were improved, 59 (87%) cases with pain were relief, 25(37% )were PR, 34(50% ) cases were NC,9( 13% ) cases were PD. Adverse reaction: skin burn has the highest percent for 9/94 (9.57%) , acute respiration failure is the most severe thing for 2/94 (2.13%). Conclusions During the treatment of advanced malignant tumors by ET-SPACE whole body hyperthermia, there were even heating, sensitive temperate observation and simple operation. This method has the following advantages accuracy, convenience, safety and reliability of control system. It is a new treatment of advanced malignant tumors.
