摘要
确定了酵母 SOD高产菌适宜的培养基和培养条件 ,在此条件下 ,SOD的发酵水平达9.6万 u/ l发酵液。摸索出一条酵母 SOD的制备工艺 ,不仅工艺简单 ,而且酶活性收率高。得到纯度较高的 Cu,Zn- SOD,比活为 36 78u/ mg,活性回收率为 76 % ,分子量为 32 0 0 0 D,等电点为 5.5,功能实验证明酵母 SOD具有显著的抗炎活性 ,做成化妆品对皱纹、粉刺和色素沉着有明显功效。
Experiments were carried out on yeast fermentation media and fermentation conditions to produce SOD. Under the conditions, a high fermentation yield of SOD,96 000u/L,was achieved,and the product with high purity of Cu,Zn SOD was obtained.The specific activity of the product was 3678u/mg,and the recovery of activity was 76%. Its molecular weight was 32 000D,and pI,5.5. Results of functional experiments showed that yeast SOD possessed obvious activity of anti inflammation and good curative effects to wrinkles,acne and pigmentation in cosmetic.
