摘要
翻译在现代白话文形成过程中发挥了重大作用,不仅帮助现代白话文建构句法、文法,输入了语料语汇,而且翻译为白话文入文入诗提供了摹本,创造了实验园地,从而加速了白话文入文入诗的进程,为新文学的创建立下了汗马功劳,但是翻译也给现代白话文造成负面影响,留下恶性欧化的硬伤。
Modern vernacular Chinese has been formed for 90 years. This paper is set to discuss the role of translation in the formation of modern vernacular Chinese. Translation not only helps the construction of sentence patterns, grammar, and vocabulary of modem vernacular Chinese but also provides models for modem vernacular Chinese as a literary language using in poetry and other literary genres. The adoption of modem vernacular Chinese in all of the literary genres is one of the keys to the construction of modem Chinese literature. Though translation is very significant to the formation of modem vernacular Chinese, it has also left some side effects on modem vernacular Chinese.
