摘要
医院实行药品"零"库存管理,不但需要医院内部药品管理和控制机制的改革,还需要医院外部药品配送机制加以配套。针对目前我国具体的现状,提出了药品外部的供应模型。
It needs not only the reform of internal medicine management and control mechanism but also the support of external medicine supply system that hospital implements the JIT medicine inventory control. Aiming at the current situation of China medicine management, the paper puts forward the model of external medicine supply.
