摘要
选用3种大孔吸附树脂D101、LSA800B和Amberlite XAD-16对葡萄酒下脚料中的原花青素的吸附性能进行研究,确定一种最适合原花青素分离的树脂。通过动态实验进一步研究其吸附性,建立该大孔吸附树脂对葡萄酒下脚料中原花青素的最佳吸附解吸条件。结果表明:LSA800B树脂对葡萄酒下脚料中原花青素吸附性最好。最佳上柱条件:原花青素浓度6.6364mg/mL、上样液pH2.0、流速1mL/min;最佳洗脱条件:洗脱剂为pH3.0、浓度40%乙醇、流速1mL/min。
In this paper, the adsorption and desorption performance of 3 kinds of macroporous adsorption resins for procyandins from wine sediment were analyzed to conclude the optimum macroporous adsorbent resin. The dynamic test was studied to obtain the factors of the adsorption and desorption under floating condition. The results indicated that the optimum resin was LSA800B and the optimum adsorption conditions were that the concentration of procyandins was 6.636 4 mg/mL, the pH value of sample was 2.0 and the floating rate was 1mL/ min,while the optimum desorption conditions were that 40% alcohol used as the eluant and the floating rate at 1 mL/min, the pH value of eluant was 3.0.
