Study on the Extract of Proanthocyanidins in Low Temperature

摘要 对脱脂葡萄籽原花青素的提取工艺进行了研究,在单因素试验和正交试验的基础上,得出最佳提取条件:提取温度30℃,60%乙醇为提取液,调节提取液pH5,料液比1∶20,浸提两次,每次30min,提取率达到96.26%。粗提物中原花青素含量为52.64%。 In this paper, the extraction of proanthocyandins from defatted grape seeds was studied. The optimum process based on the single factor and orthogonal test was as the following: the temperature was 30℃, the concentration of ethanol 60%, pH value is 5.0, the rate of solvent to material is 20 : 1, extraction time is 30 min twice. The extraction yield is up to 96.26% and the purity of the product is 52.64%.
