该文探讨了化学发光的方法检测过氧化苯甲酰,体系筛选试验结果表明Luminol-KMnO4-BPO较适合作为过氧化苯甲酰的检测体系,加入过氧化苯甲酰后体系的化学发光显著增强;发光动力学研究表明,1.8s时体系发光达到最大。
The study on detecting benzoyl peroxide using chemiluminescence was discussed. The research discovered that Luminol-KMnO4-BPO system was suitable for determining benzoyl peroxide through system selecting. The results also showed chemiluminescence was dramatically inhanced after benzoyl peroxide was added. Chemiluminescence kinetics showed 1.8s chemiluminescence was maxmum.
