摘要
研究纳米复合丙烯酸共聚浆料的浆纱性能。采用原位聚合法制备了纳米复合丙烯酸共聚浆料,对其粘度稳定性、流变性能、润湿性能、浆膜吸湿性能进行了测试,并与PVA、氧化淀粉混合,对CJ 9.7 tex纱进行上浆试验,测试了浆纱强伸性、耐磨性、毛羽等指标。结果表明:纳米复合丙烯酸共聚浆料具有良好的热粘度稳定性,对纯棉纱具有良好的润湿性能,与氧化淀粉配合使用对CJ 9.7 tex纱进行上浆,可不必使用PVA浆料,毛羽贴伏效果及耐磨性能良好,浆纱强伸性略有降低。
Sizing property of nanometer composite acrylic copolymerization size was studied and produced through in-situ polymerization method, its viscosity stability, rheological property, wetting property and size film hygroscopicity were tested then blended with PVA and oxidized starch. Sizing test was carried on CJ 9.7 tex yarn, index such as sizing strength and elongation, abrasion resistance and hairiness were tested. The result shows that nanometer composite acrylic copolymerization size possesses thermal viscosity stability and better wetting property to cotton yarn, blends with oxidized starch then sizes CJ 9.7 tex yarn, which could replace PVA. Hairiness coverage and abrasion resistance are better but sizing strength and elongation decrease slightly.
