摘要 建立了精确的电控柴油机电磁阀驱动电路PSPICE模型。通过仿真分析,讨论了不同参数对电磁阀驱动电流特性的影响。在对各个因素进行综合分析的基础上,设计了电控柴油机电磁阀通用驱动模块。该模块采用电路反馈、高低端控制以及高低电源驱动的方式,满足了电控柴油机高速电磁阀驱动的要求。同时,基于仿真方法,还设计了电磁阀驱动回路的故障检测、诊断以及ECU自保护功能。试验表明,采用该方法设计电控单体泵柴油机、高压共轨电控柴油机用ECU的电磁阀驱动模块是高效可靠的。 A precise PSPICE model for the driving circuit of solenoid valve for electrically controlled diesel engine was created. Based on abundant analyses of the simulation results on the condition of different parameters, a driving circuit module of solenoid valve was designed. By applying the methods of high and low side driving, high and low driving voltage, and the feedback control of driving current, this module could fully realize the requirements for solenoid valve. At the same time, the fault detecting and diagnosing circuit for solenoid valve was designed. A self-protecting circuit for ECU at the time of solenoid valve winding circuit short was also realized. The tests showed that the ECU for EUP (electronic unit pump) diesel engine and high pressure common rail diesel engine, which applied this module, could achieve the current driving requirement of solenoid valve.
