离子液体中4-甲氧苯基二氯化磷的合成新方法

Preparation of 4-Methoxyphenyl Phosphonous Dichloride Via Friedel-Crafts Reaction in Ionic Liquids

摘要 文章研究了三氯化磷和苯甲醚在[trEHAm]Cl-XAlCl3离子液体中的Friedel–Crafts反应,成功地合成了新型化合物4-甲氧苯基二氯化磷(MDCPP),并且制备方法环保,产物分离简单,催化剂可循环使用。优化了反应条件,对离子液体的酸性、反应物配比、反应时间和离子液体用量等进行了试验研究。确定了最佳配比IL([trEHAm]Cl-0.67AlCl3)︰C6H5OCH3︰PCl3为1︰10︰20,最佳反应时间为16 h。并对MDCPP和苯基二氯化磷(DCPP)在同样条件下的产率进行了比较。 The Friedel-Crafts reaction of phosphorus trichloride and anisole in [trEHAm]CI-XAlCl3 ionic liquid(IL) was investigated for clean synthesis of new compound 4-methoxyphenyl phosphonous dichloride(MDCPP). A simple product isolation procedure was achieved, and the effects of ILs composition, reactant composition, reaction time and quantity of ILs on this reaction were studied. Reaction conditions were optimized with molar ratio of IL ([trEHAm]CI-0.67AlCl3) : anisole : PCl3 was 1 : 10 : 20 and reaction time was 16 h. The yield of MDCPP and dichlorophenylphosphine (DCPP) under the same condition was compared.
