摘要 原子荧光分析法是一种优良的痕量分析技术。以其快速、灵敏、简便等特点,已广泛应用于环境、生物、冶金、地矿、石油、食品、医疗卫生等很多领域中的多元素分析,特别对易挥发的8种元素的分析颇有潜力,其分析技术和仪器已经很成熟,近年来原子荧光领域的研究与应用十分活跃,对实际工作取得了较好的效果。文章综述了近年来原子荧光分析法的应用及发展动态。 The atomic fluorescence analysis method is a kind of good micro quantity analysis technique.With its characteristics such as fast, intelligent, simple and etc, it's already extensively applied in chemical elements analysis of many fields, such as environment, biology, metallurgy, ground, oil, food, medicine and so on. Specially, it has potential analysis on 8 kinds of chemical elements, which has already been very mature. Atom fluorescence's research and application on the realm is very active in recent years, it has obtained better results to the actual work. The paper overviewed applying of the atom fluorescence analysis method and developed a dynamic state in recent years.
