摘要
苏北盆地低渗透储层测试诱流启动压力高,原油地饱压差大,常规抽汲诱流储层产能得不到充分释放;压裂改造返排速度低,且易压开邻近水层,造成测试评价周期长,甚至不能客观准确地评价储层。针对这些问题,研究革新了低渗透储层测试诱流工艺,着重从渗流理论、诱流工艺、井下举升工具的革新选择及地面设备动力等方面提出了解决问题的办法,并在现场实施应用,取得了较好的效果。
The low permeability reservoirs in Subei Basin are characterized by high starting pressure for tested induced flow, big difference between the reservoir pressure and saturation pressure, insufficient releasing of reservoir deliverability by conventional swabbing and induced flow, and low flowback speed and easy to open neighborhood water layer by fracturing, resulting in a long cycle of the test and evaluation or even an inaccurate reservoir evaluation. The tested wellbore unloading technique has been studied and innovated in view of the above mentioned problems. The paper provides the methods to solve the above mentioned problems from the aspects of the filtration theory, wellbore unloading technique, innovation selection of downhole lifting tools and surface equipment driving force. The field application shows that the good results have been obtained, and the techniques have been popularized and have been applied in North Jiangsu.
