白腐真菌菌株共培养降解玉米秸秆的研究 被引量:19

摘要 [目的]探究白腐真菌菌株共培养对降解玉米秸秆的影响。[方法]以白腐真菌(P-6和L-9)为供试菌株,采用分光光度法、DNS法、凯氏定氮法、索氏提取法等,分别测定两菌共同降解玉米秸秆时纤维素酶和木质素酶的酶活力、全纤维素的降解率、粗蛋白和粗脂肪的增加率,并与两菌分别培养进行综合比较。[结果]两菌共培养的最佳条件为pH值5.5、含水量60%、菌量(L-9/P-6)1∶3、含氮量2.5%;共培养后粗蛋白含量和粗纤维含量分别提高了35.6%和3.6%,粗纤维含量降低了21.3%。[结论]从总体思路考虑,两菌共培养优于单独培养。该试验同时获得了1种高蛋白、多营养的饲料载体,为研究玉米秸秆饲料奠定了基础。 [Objective] The aim of the research was to explore the effects of the co-culture of white rot fungi on degrading corn stalk. [Method] With white rot fungi( P-6 and L-9)as tested strains, spectrophotometry, DNS method, kjeldahl method and soxhlet extraction method, etc. were used to determine the activities of cellulose and ligninase, the degradation rate of holocallulos and the increasing rate of crude protein (CP) and crude fat (CF) respectively in co-culture of 2 fungi for degrading corn stalk.. And these indexes were comprehensively compared with those in individual fungi culture. [Result] The optimum conditions for co-culture of 2 fungi were as follows: pH value of 5.5, water content of 60%, the dosage ratio of L-9 to P-6 of 1:3 and nitrogen content of 2.5%. After co-culture, CP content and CF content were increased by 35.6% and 3.6% respectively, the content of crude fiber was decreased by 21.3%. [Conclusion] Considering froru the general thinking, the co-culture of 2 fungi was better than individual culture. In the test, a kind of feed vector with high-protein and poly-nutrient was obtained, whieh laid the foundation for studying corn stalk feed.
