摘要
改进Adler法合成了meso-四(对羟基苯基)卟啉(THPP),其结构经UV-Vis,1H NMR和IR表征。合成THPP较适宜的反应条件为:对羟基苯甲醛50 mmol,吡咯50 mmol,丙酸120 mL,DMSO 6 mL,回流反应120min,收率35%。
meso-5,10,15,20-Tetra(4-hydroxylphenyl)porphyrin (THPP) was synthesized by improved Adler' s method. The structure was confirmed by UV-Vis, ^1H NMR and IR. The appropriate reaction conditions at reflux for 120 min were as follows: p-hydroxy-benzaldehyde was 50 mmol; pyrrole was 50 mmol; propionic acid was 120 mL; dimethyl sulfoxide was 6 mL. The yield of THPP can reach up to 35% under the reaction conditions.
