摘要 如何根据不同用户的个人特点和所承担的工作任务,产生用户知识需求,通过集成管理来实现知识源的统一处理,获取相应的知识,并将其提供给用户是知识集成研究的关键问题。本文基于企业知识的形成过程,提出了一个知识源、知识过程以及知识应用三维的企业知识集成体系结构。从不同单元系统知识存储介质角度研究知识源的集成,提出了同构协同存贮集成与异构协同存贮集成两种形式。知识过程的集成体现在两个方面,一是知识的传递过程,二是知识与业务过程的集成。知识应用维集成主要以系统功能集成为核心,通过不同应用系统之间功能的优化重组,实现同构与异构系统的分布式集成,提供给用户一个统一的知识集成界面。 How to produce user's requirements and provide corresponding knowledge to someone according to individual's different requirements for knowledge and his work? This goal is attained by integrating of knowledge resource to acquire corresponding knowledge and push it to users. On the base of the process of enterprise knowledge creating, a multi-dimension enterprise knowledge integrated architecture is presented, which includes the integration of knowledge source dimension, knowledge process dimension and knowledge application dimension. Knowledge resource integrating is concentrated on different types of storage medium. Knowledge process integrating includes two aspects: the delivery process of knowledge and integrating knowledge and business process. Knowledge application integrating focus on providing an integrated user interface by reengineering of functions of different systems . The detail methods and models of them are discussed.
