摘要
为了研究直接空冷机组排汽管道内水蒸汽的流动特性,采用CFD技术,对某台200MW直接空冷机组排汽管道内的水蒸汽流场进行了三维数值模拟。根据数值计算结果,在直接空冷大直径排汽管道内的弯头和三通等处安装导流叶,不仅有利于减小工质在管道内的流动阻力和实现管道内工质的均匀分布,而且有利于提高直接空冷系统的整体热效率。
In order to study the flow characteristics of water - vapor in exhaust piping of direct air - cooled unit, using CFD technology, the water - vapor flow field in exhaust piping of a 200 MW direct air - cooled unit had been 3 - D numerically simulated. According to the numerical calculation results, guide plates were assembled on elbow and tee joint etc in large - diameter exhaust piping of direct air- cooled unit, which not only conduce to reduce the water - vapor' s flow resistance and achieve uniform distribution of working fluid in exhaust piping but also help to enhance the overall thermal efficiency of direct air- cooled system.
