摘要
危险识别作为舰船安全性综合评估的第一步,是准确评估舰船安全性的基础。针对舰船安全性评估的需求,对影响舰船安全性的危险源进行了识别技术、取舍条件、估算方法的介绍与论证,着重对目前尚无定论的系统安全度计算进行了分析和比较,使得系统安全度得到合理可信的量化,为利用综合安全评估方法准确地评估舰船的安全性和可靠度提供了基础。
The identification of dangers is the first step in the formal safety assessment （FSA） of ship, and is the basic for the accurate assessment of the ship＇s safety. Aiming at the needs of formal safety assessment, the paper introduced the method of identification of dangers on ship, discussed the criterion to accept or reject those dangers in theory as follow, and demonstrated the way to calculate the value of those factors. The key of this paper is to analyze and quantify the factors of those dangers in reason. The research in the paper provides basis for the accurate assessment of the ship＇s safety and reliability by using the FSA method.
