摘要
目的建立自来水中多种挥发性卤代烃同时检测的毛细管气相色谱检测法。方法样品经过水浴加热后,进样水样顶空气,经过毛细管柱分离后,通过电子捕获检测器进行检测。结果在本实验条件下,利用ECD气相色谱法能检测自来水中11种挥发性卤代烃,方法线性良好,最低检出限0.008~23μg/L,相对标准偏差0.85%~8.0%。结论该方法能同时检测自来水中11种挥发性卤代烃,简单易操作,精密度较好,结果较满意。
Objective To establish a method that simultaneously determines multiform volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in tap water by capillary gas chromatography. Methods Tap water samples were heated by water bath method. The water head space gas was injected into the gas chromatography, separated by capillary column and then detected by ECD detector. Results Eleven kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons can be detected by this ECD - GC method. The method had a wide linear range, the detection limits (MDL) varied between 0. 008 and 23 μg/L, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) ranged from 0.8.5 to 8.0 %. Conclusions The results suggest that this method is accurate and easy to practise, it can be applied to detect 11 kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in tap water.
