摘要 目的进一步探明蓖麻油中的抗生育物质成分。方法利用皂化和萃取,从蓖麻油中提取甾醇,用GC-MS分析蓖麻油甾醇成分;用MTT法检测蓖麻油甾醇对原代培养大鼠蜕膜细胞活力的影响。结果蓖麻油总甾醇的主要成分为γ-谷甾醇(43.02%)、豆甾醇(27.15%)、岩藻甾醇(11.43%)、麦角甾-5-稀-3-醇(6.00%)和普罗布考(7.46%)。蓖麻油甾醇对细胞活力有抑制作用,其半抑制剂(IC50)剂量为:(88.45±3.196)μg/ml,r=+0.9549;抑制作用具有量-效关系。结论在蓖麻油甾醇的主要成分中,γ-谷甾醇(r-Sitosterol)可能是抑制原代培养大鼠蜕膜细胞活力的主要成分,而豆甾醇(stigmasterol)可能起协助的作用。 Objective To assay the constituents of phytosterol of eastorbean seed oil and the inhibition on the viability of primary cultured rat deeidual stormal cells (DSC). Methods The methods of GC -MS analysis and MTT method were adopted, respectively. Results The main constituents of phytosterol of eastorbean seed oil were γ - Sitosterol (43. 02% ), Stigmasterol (27.15%), Fueosterol ( 11.43% ), Probueol (7.46%) and Ergost - 5 - en - 3 - ol (6.00%) ; the phytosterol possessed inhibitory activity on the viability of primary cultured rat DSC in a dose dependent manner. The IC50 was (88.45 ± 3. 196)μg/ml, r = + 0. 954 9. Conclusion The γ -Sitosterol may act as the main contributor in the inhibition on the viability of DSC,and the Stigmasterol might act as an assistant.
