米子银花挥发油成分分析

摘要 目的分析米子银花挥发油化学成分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法,WILLEY138.L谱库自动检索。结果通过计算机自动检索,共鉴定出28个组分,并用面积归一化法计算出各组分的相对百分含量。结论为米子银花的品质评价提供参考。 Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oils from the dry flower buds of Lonicera acuminata Wall. Methods The chemical constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results 28 Components were identified, and their relative contents were determined by normalization method of area. Conclusion The results may provide reference for evaluating the quality of the dry flower buds of Lonicera acuminata Wall.
