无铅红外吸收电真空封装玻璃的制备及其性能 被引量:1

摘要 用传统熔体冷却方法制得R2O-MO-Al2O3-SiO2多元系统玻璃(R为碱金属元素,M为碱土金属元素),研究玻璃组成中多种碱金属之间的混合碱效应与热膨胀系数、电阻率、以及介电损耗之间的关系。研究结果表明:相同质量的K2O比Na2O对玻璃热膨胀系数的影响小;当Li2O,Na2O与K2O三元碱金属氧化物共存时,热膨胀系数出现复杂的混合碱效应;碱土金属对玻璃热膨胀系数的影响与金属离子半径有关,其离子半径越大,玻璃热膨胀系数越高;当玻璃中Na+与K+的摩尔比接近2?1时,玻璃具有高电阻率和低介电损耗。对其机理进行了分析,研制出能与定膨胀合金4J50匹配的无铅红外吸收电真空封装玻璃。 The R2O-MO-Al2O3-SiO2 system (R for alkali-metal element, M for alkali-earth element) glasses were prepared by conventional melting. The relationships between mixed alkali effect of several alkali-metal oxides and the physical properties of the glasses such as thermal expansion coefficient, electric resistivity and dielectric loss were discussed. The results show that K2O has less effect on the thermal expansion coefficient than the same mass quantity of Na2O. The "mixed alkali effects" and "negative mixed alkali effects" appear when the glasses contain two or three kinds of alkali metal oxides. When introducing different kinds but the same quantity alkali-earth metal oxide, the thermal expansion coefficients of the glasses increase obviously with the increase of the radius of alkali-earth metal ions. The glasses have high electric resistivity but low dielectric loss when the mole ratio of Na+ to K+ is about 2:1. The lead free infrared absorbing sealing glass matching alloy 4J50 is prepared.
