摘要
运用基于Agent模拟的建模方法构建研究差别电价影响效果的多Agent模型,设计由政府Agent、电力Agent及行业Agent组成的多Agent框架,分析Agent的目标及行为策略,设计系统的仿真流程。以高耗能行业实施差别电价为例,模拟对化学工业、建筑材料业、金属冶炼业实施差别电价对我国物价水平及电力消费所造成的影响。研究结果表明:所构建的多Agent模型突破了传统数学模型考虑因素不足的缺点,充分考虑了经济系统中个体自身的目标以及与周围环境的相互作用等因素,更好地反映了微观个体与宏观经济之间的联系;对高耗能行业实施差别电价不但不会使物价明显上涨,而且具有较好的节电效果。
A multi-Agent model was set up to simulate the effects of discriminating power price policy using Agent based modeling method, a structure of the multi-Agent system was designed, which consisted of government Agent, electric Agent and sectoral Agents, and the goal and behavior of each Agent was analyzed, the simulation procedure was also put forward. The model was applied to simulate the rise in power price of chemical industry, building materials industry and metal products manufacturing industry. The results show that the model overcomes some shortcomings of the traditional models, the goal of each Agent in the economic system and the relationship between them are fully considered, so it can describe the relationship between the micro-unit and macro-economy. The model is valid and the discriminating power price policy will not bring an obvious rise in prices, what's more, it can reduce electricity consumption.
