摘要
本文首先提出了一些温度补偿的典型方法,然后设计了一个能够对布拉格光纤光栅实现温度补偿的双金属结构,并进行了研究。最后,双金属结构的布拉格光栅的温度特性在-5~+50℃的温度范围内做了测试,实验结果表明,双金属结构的布拉格光栅的温度系数减小了4倍。
In this paper, firstly several significant solutions for temperature compensation are proposed. Then the dual metal structure of temperature compensation of fiber Bragg grating is designed and studied. Finally, temperature characteristic of fiber Bragg grating of the dual metal structure is tested in the range of -5 ~+ 50 ℃. The experiment results indicate that temperature sensitivity coefficients of fiber Bragg grating of the dual metal structure decrease 4 times.
