摘要
提出了高效液相色谱法测定环境水中7种阴离子的方法。采用Asahipak ODP-50卡套柱(4.0 mm×150 mm,5μm),柱温为40℃;流动相为邻苯二甲酸-乙腈-水(5∶14∶81);流速为1.5 mL·min^-1;采用二极管阵列检测器(DAD),检测波长为266 nm;7种阴离子的峰面积与其浓度呈线性关系,相关系数在0.999 8-0.999 9之间。7种阴离子的回收率范围为95.3%-98.6%,F^-、Cl^-、NO2^-、Br^-、NO3^-、PO4^3-和SO4^2-的检出限依次为8,14,34,59,37,30,80μg·L^-1;相对标准偏差(n=6)≤2.0%。该方法已用于地面水、地下水、矿泉水、饮用水及废水等样品的分析。
Seven anions, i. e. , F^-、Cl^-、NO2^-、Br^-、NO3^-、PO4^3- and SO4^2-, in environmental water were determined by HPLC, with Asahipak ODP-50 (4. 0 mmM150 mm, 5μm) column at 40℃ as the stationary phase and a mixed solution containing phthalate additive, acetonitrile and water mixed in the ratio of 5 to 14 to 8] diode array detector by volume as the mobile phase at flow-rate of l. 5 mL·min^-1. UV-detection at 266 nm with diode array detector (DAD) was applied to the determination. Linear relationships between values of peak area and concentration of the 7 anions were obtained with correlation coefficients ranging from 0. 999 8 to 0. 999 9. Detection limits (SIN=3) for the 7 anions found were 8, 14, 34, 59, 37, 30 and 80μg·L^-1 respectively. Precision of the method was tested, giving values of RSD's (n= 6)≤2.0%. Tests for recovery were made by standard addition method, the results obtained were in the range of 95.3%-98. 6%. The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of samples of surface water, ground water, mineral water, drinking water and waste water.
