教学:高校教师的首要学术责任 被引量:17

摘要 针对教学的基础性、首要性地位在今日高校办学实践和教师履职行为中受到严重动摇的现实,从全面阐述时代对高校高质量教学的本质要求入手,深入剖析妨碍高校教师履行教学学术责任的因素,提出建立高校教师履行教学学术责任保障机制的思路和建议。
