克服菘蓝自交不亲和性的化学试剂筛选研究 被引量:4

摘要 菘蓝具有较强的自交不亲和性,为了探索不亲和性的克服方法,用多种药剂进行花期处理后人工授粉观察结实情况。结果表明3%NaCl+0.2%硼砂混合溶液,3%、5%、7%丙酮和5%KH2PO4溶液对克服菘蓝自交不亲和性的都有明显效果。而用其它一些药剂如1%的硫酸铵溶液、0.1%的6-BA溶液和不同浓度GA3处理虽然也有一定效果,但效果不明显而且对植株生长发育有一些不利影响。 Indigotica of Cruciferae have the nature of self-incompatibility obviously. In order to probed into the method of conquering self-incompatibility of indigotica , the situations of producing seeds is to observed after dealed with many chemicals in flowering season. It was indicated that the compatible index can be improved when materials are respectively dealed with 3 % NaCl liquor mixed with 0.2% borax liquor,3 %,5 %,7% acetone liquor and 5 % KH2PO4 in flowering season. The compatible index also can be increased a little after using 1% (NH4)2 SO4,0.1%6-BA and GA3 of different consistency, but its effect is not obvious , even has an disadvantageous influence on its growing development.
