摘要
护理风险始终贯穿在护理活动各个环节中。因此,从护生自身、临床带教老师、管理制度等多方面的缺陷和不足进行了综述,提出针对护生护理风险管理课程的设置极为迫切。
Nursing risks are potentially existed in every links of nursing works all the time. Therefore, this article summarized the defects and the inadequacy of nursing work from aspects of nursing student of themselves, clinical teachers and management system. And＇it put forward that it is very urgent and essential to introduce the evaluation system of nursing risks of nursing students.
