湿法磷酸净化技术研究现状及发展方向 被引量:39

摘要 综述了湿法磷酸净化的常用方法及优缺点。介绍了典型的溶剂萃取法工业化流程以及国内外溶剂萃取法的研究现状。着重阐述了中国新开发的两套溶剂萃取法净化湿法磷酸新工艺,并比较了两套装置的异同。得出结论:中国新开发的溶剂萃取法净化湿法磷酸新工艺,流程短,投资少,生产成本低,硫酸根(SO42-)脱除彻底,五氧化二磷(P2O5)利用率高,并且具有自主知识产权,应用前景广阔。 The commonly used methods for purifying wet -process phosphoric acid (WPA) and their advantages and disadvantages were summarized. Industrialized process flow of several typical of solvent extraction methods and their current research status in China and abroad were introduced. Especially, two newly developed purification technologies for WPA by solvent extraction method in China were introduced in detail. From the comparison of the differences and similarities of the above mentioned two technologies, conclusions were reached : the new technologies are of short working process,less investment, low production cost, efficiently elimination of SO4^2 - and high recovery of P2O5 ;and they have wide application prospect with proprietary intellectual property rights.
