摘要 目的:建立稳定的猪脑基底核出血模型。方法:取猪尾动脉血2.5ml,在气囊扩张的基础上,分2次注入猪脑基底核,制备猪脑基底核出血模型并观察其行为学改变,行头颅CT检查。结果:模型成功率为80%,出血后6h行为学出现改变,7d后逐渐恢复。结论:此模型死亡率低,成功率高,血肿稳定,行为学改变明显,适合实验研究。 Objective: A porcine model with basal ganglia hemorrhage has been established and evaluated. Methods:On the base of saccule extension, a pig model of basal ganglia hemorrhage was established by injecting 2.5 ml blood obtained from the caudal artery into the basal ganglia of the swine. The behavior of the models evaluated,and cranial CT was performed on the animals. Results:The model was successfully established in 80% animals. There was a significant change in behavior at 6 h after the basal ganglia hemorrhage. Seven days later,the defect in behavior gradually recovered. Conclusion:The mortality rate of the swines was low, and the achievement ratio was satisfactory. The hematoma was stable,and the behavioral change was obvious. The model can be used for research.
